Health history review* - review is based on completion of form and information provided; all conversations and written information is meant for educational purposes only
Group Q&A Sessions** - Sessions, including Q&A sessions will be pre-scheduled. Small group sessions will have 30 minutes calls, biweekly with kickoff call on the start date. Health history forms to be completed within submission timeline, before start date for best results. 2026 group sessions held Tuesdays, 8PM Eastern, on Zoom
